The product today

Useful work, from the conversation you already have open.

Zulu Assistant is a managed agent service—not a catalog of every possible integration. These are the core capabilities currently represented in the product and customer dashboard.

Current channels

One assistant, several ways in

Continue the same assistant relationship through Telegram, WhatsApp, and the native Zulu Assistant mobile app.

Web search

Research with current information

Ask the agent to search the web, synthesize findings, and bring the result back into the conversation.

Technical work

Work with code and files

Developer plans provide larger request capacity for coding, file analysis, and multi-step technical work.

Long-term memory

Keep useful context

Persistent agent memory can carry preferences and project context forward instead of starting from zero each time.

Optional connection

Connect Google Workspace

Grant access to supported Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, and Analytics workflows from the customer dashboard.

Agent workflows

Break work into steps

The agent can plan and carry out multi-step work within the tools, permissions, and confirmation settings available to it.

For individuals and businesses

One service. Two clear ways to buy.

Individuals can start with published monthly plans. Teams with a defined workflow can talk with OpenZulu about fit and current deployment options—without assuming custom features or service levels.

For individuals

Start with a published plan.

Use Zulu Assistant for research, technical work, files, personal organization, and connected Workspace tasks. Token limits and request capacity are defined by plan.

For businesses

Bring a workflow, not a wish list.

Share the process, systems, permissions, and review requirements you need. We'll discuss what the current service can support and what would require separate scoping.

Discuss a business use case

Inbox and follow-up

Summarize threads, draft replies, and turn connected inbox activity into next steps. Sending behavior depends on your settings and instruction.

Scheduling context

Review connected calendar information and help prepare or manage events inside the Google permissions you grant.

Website reporting

Query connected GA4 properties for traffic, pages, sources, devices, geography, conversions, and supported custom reports.

Research and synthesis

Collect current public information, compare sources, and turn it into a brief, working document, or decision summary.

How it works

A managed path from signup to useful work.

  1. 01

    Choose a plan

Published monthly plans define token allocation, rate limits, and maximum request size.

  2. 02

    Connect a channel

Pair Telegram or WhatsApp, or use the native mobile app with your OpenZulu account.

  3. 03

Add only the access you need

Optionally connect supported Google services and review the permissions before authorizing.

  4. 04

    Set expectations and work

Describe the outcome, provide context, and keep human review in the loop for consequential actions.

Security & responsibility

Clear protections. No absolute promises.

AI agents can take meaningful actions. OpenZulu provides managed infrastructure and access controls; customers remain responsible for what they connect, authorize, review, and rely on.

Read the privacy policy

Permission-based connections

Connected services use the access you authorize. Google connections can be disconnected from the dashboard.

Credential protection

Sensitive connected credentials are encrypted at rest, and service traffic is protected in transit with TLS.

Clear data boundaries

OpenZulu does not sell conversation data or use it to train third-party models. Model providers process content to provide responses.

Published monthly pricing

Pay for a defined usage budget.

Every plan includes a monthly token allocation and a hard usage cap. OpenZulu does not add automatic token overages. Monthly allocations reset each billing period; optional prepaid bundles are available to active subscribers.

Tokens measure text and model processing—not a fixed number of messages. Complex requests and long context use more tokens.

What is the difference between OpenZulu and Zulu Assistant?+

OpenZulu is the platform and managed service. Zulu Assistant is the customer-facing assistant and mobile app you use through Telegram, WhatsApp, and native mobile.

Does the 7-day trial require a payment method?+

Yes. Eligible new customers can try Pro for seven days. The subscription renews at $19.99 USD per month on day 8 unless it is canceled before renewal.

What happens when I reach my token limit?+

Service pauses at the plan limit rather than creating an automatic overage charge. You can wait for the billing-period reset, change plans, or use an available prepaid token bundle while your subscription is active.

Can the assistant access my Google account without permission?+

No. Supported Google services are optional connections that require your authorization. The assistant can only use the scopes you grant, and you can disconnect the account from the dashboard.

Is every action fully autonomous?+

No. What the assistant can do depends on its available tools, connected services, permissions, configuration, and your instructions. Consequential work should be reviewed before you rely on or send it.
