Data and permissions
Current Core and Growth subscriptions support selected public-page monitoring and Search profile setup. The Overview and Action Plan show context and evidence; you decide what to do, can record work as done, and may later see a matching change in a supported observation.
Optional Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connections require your authorization and are read-only. Customer AI draft generation is disabled. Current workflows do not publish or edit websites, change advertising, or send messages.
Its observations, numbers and drafts are synthetic. Sample interactions stay in this page and make no model calls. The rest of the website may process ordinary browsing or support information as described in the privacy policy.
Website Watch reads the public pages you select. If you authorize GA4 or Search Console, reporting uses the properties you select with read-only access. Current Core and Growth workflows do not write to those services or to your website.
The Overview and Action Plan present findings with their page, source and observation time. Unsupported or blocked collection is shown as unknown. A later matching observation can show that a supported change was detected; it does not establish a ranking, traffic or revenue result.
You choose whether to act on a finding and make any website or business changes yourself. You may record that you completed work; a later supported observation can report a matching change. Customer AI draft generation is not available.
Information handling depends on the product and account features you use. The 90-day history described in earlier product materials is not a current retention commitment. See the privacy policy for the applicable information practices and how to contact us about a request.
Website Watch and Search profile setup are available on paid Core and Growth plans. The separate legacy messaging, mobile and Google Workspace agent tools described in older materials apply only to historically eligible accounts under their applicable terms; they are not part of current Core or Growth website workflows. This page makes no certification, security-audit or third-party endorsement claim. Existing account rights and current website practices are described in the privacy policy; contact support@openzulu.com for an account or deletion request.
